I understand that adolescence can be a difficult time and for parents getting the right support for their child can also present with challenges. I am here to ensure that I can build trust, openness, and honesty for any young person to feel that they are not alone and are heard. I will focus on building their resilience and shall support them with the right tools to improve their confidence and self-esteem.
We all go through periods of change but for some when life has thrown more curve balls, you may experience different levels of stress and pressures may emerge. We may fear failure, have self-doubt in our ability to cope with upsetting life events.
